1		Hans und Gret.
2		Macht Platz meinem Schatz
3		Und mir, ihr Leut’!
4		’s ist Kirmess im Dorf und Hochzeit heut.
5		Da kommen die Mädel aus ihren Stub’n,
6		Da singen und springen die lustigen Bub’n:
7		Wille, walle, lustig alle,
8		Alle, alle, wille, walle!
9		Macht Platz meinem Schatz
10		Und mir, ihr Leut’!
11		Wir zwei sind im Dorf die ersten heut!
12		Mein Schatz ist geputzt wie eine Prinzess,
13		Und ich hab’ den Kopf voll lustiger Späss’:
14		Wille, walle, lustig alle,
15		Alle, alle, wille, walle!
16		Macht Platz meinem Schatz
17		Und mir, ihr Leut’!
18		Uns hat unser Liebsein noch niemals gereut.
19		Wir zwei sind wie eins, wie eins sind wir zwei,
20		Und der Pfarrer sagt auch, dass es richtig so sei:

25		Musikanten spielt auf! ’s ist Kirmess heut!
26		Dem schmucken Gretel sein lustiger Hans
27		Will tanzen zuerst einen Extratanz:

31		Und mir, ihr Leut’!
32		’s ist Kirmess im Dorf und Hochzeit heut!
33		Ihr Mädel, was soll das Gered und Geschau?
34		Die Gret’ hat ’nen Mann und der Hans eine Frau:
